If you saw Jimmy in grade school hard telling the impression he made. But the dude turned a few songs into a lasting mult-hundreds of millions-dollar empire and really had fun doing it. Good story.
Nice article Lee. I attended a lot of great concerts at The Memorial Auditorium which remain with me today. I am pleased you were able to have some fun with Jimmy. I played lead tambourine for Jimmy Hendrix! That is the closest I got to stardom. I envy you. Did Buffet put his shorts on the same as us? Happy Trails To You Lee
Great story... as always!
I appreciate that, Dan. Thanks.

Glad you enjoyed it.
All I keep remembering is that David Allen Coe song about Jimmy Buffett. 😀
Good story though, Lee. 😉
Thank you, Elaine.

Great story! I didn't like all of Jimmy's music, but I liked a few of his songs -- and I liked the idea of him. Seemed like a great life.
Yeah, few people get to be exactly what they want to be and they give hope to the rest of us that maybe we can do the same.
Wonderful, Lee.
I’ll spare you my Buffett concert experiences cuz obv you win.
But can I have your autograph?
Anytime we run into each other.
