So far social distancing sounds like a good theory. Not sure how the 6 foot rule was tested. As you’ve proven you can hawk a loogie across the street. There will probably be a peak and then a drop in the curve. Result of social distancing or the natural rise and fall of viruses? How many viruses dropped away in recent history without social distancing? Some scientists say the world is overpopulated to the point of destruction to other species and ourselves. Why the big panic over a natural cause that is not projected to exceed 2% , 4% at the most and might ease our negative impact. Fortunately it only appears to be attacking humans. How many people died every day from the Spanish flu?

How many people today die or suffer due to the injustices and mismanagement of government? And no social demands put on the populace. Maybe all this government interference could do better working on other threats to ourselves and the earth.

OK, where to start? Yup, I once hawked a loogie across the street in a high wind and they're saying the COVID-19 virus contained in contaminated person's droplets will carry further than six feet in windy conditions. It's called a novel virus because it's new and they're still figuring out how it works. WWI killed about 16 million people, WWII about 75 million and according to at least one source, the influenza epidemic of 1918 killed 50 million people. If I understand you correctly you'd be cool with wiping out 4% of humanity to ease our negative impact on the planet, which, if I did the math right, would be 308 million people. Are you volunteering?

No. But I’d like to have the freedom to make my own decisions. And then I’d take the consequences and forego any hospital help. And I hope, if infected, that I survive it.

It's the internet...pretty sure I can put anything in a column, but it does raise the question of who jack is and why he doesn't know shit. And thanks.
