As always, very impressed with your research of clothing rental companies. Well done. And. The out loud chuckles drew some comment from passer bys.

Boy did this piece hit at the right time. Off to Apple for a new charger, ha, not made anymore. My computer is working just fine but I waited until tax free weekend & saved myself $100. What a bargain! Actually, Rent the Runway was a positive for me with 2 daughters who seemed to always need a new high $ dress for some dance (some years ago now so the rental fee may be crazy now!)

Reading about the Dell keyboard I thought I was writing it ecept my letters are a,f,u,and m and, evidently x plus the number 5...sounds like an episode off Sesame Street. I have replaced the hard drive twice and instead of copying the old drive I had them 'clone' it onto the new one aand that way all the prograams came over too - photoshop, illustrator etc. I don't know if that would work with an all new computer. Good Luck, you have a ellow commiserator. Parnell Nelson

Idiot me still trying to figure out how you get a new keyboard for a laptop. Are they not built into the laptop? Of course, I'm just this side of a Luddite, so what do I know? I was told the N on a Nebraska football helmet stood for knowledge. Turns out that was rong.

Dumped a beer on my laptop a week or so ago and figured I was now in the market for a new one. However, found a great guy who took it apart, replaced several parts, including the keyboard (He said it smelled like beer.), and for less than $300 I'm still alive as many (many, many ++) of my wife's pictures are on the laptop (and she can't find the external hard drive she bought to make a backup of her files). So, to summarize - yes, you can get a new keyboard for your laptop.
