Great cartoon. I totally get it. But if I were that kid I probably would have done the same thing. And my parents weren’t nearly as old as I am now. And if they were smart parents they probably wouldn’t let him in the house for two weeks.
Now my rant. As Ron White says, “You can’t fix stupid”, and stupidity abounds in the authority around us. State Parks and beaches closed. People told to stay home. Hasn’t everyone heard enough news to know they can be in a parking lot or out of the house and not get within six feet of another person? They haven’t closed the parking lots of stores. But maybe they will. If people aren’t looking after themselves, let them bear the possible consequences. Maybe it will remove some of the stupidity gene.
