I guess it must be that "cold day in hell" when the devil is able to make freezing rain? (OK, not so much an argument as a smart-ass quip; my apologies.)
Growing up in California I had never encountered freezing rain until moving to KC. On the other hand, when I lived in San Diego I did experience a couple earthquakes so I guess into each life some natural disaster must fall and I can't wait for spring and the Opening Day of Tornado Season.
